We offer a Sliding Fee Discount Program (SFDP) to ensure that eligible patients receive care at a reduced cost based on their household income and family size.
No patient will be denied access to services due to inability to pay.

Discounts are based on the Federal Poverty Guidelines (FPL) and are updated annually.
Patients must complete a sliding fee application and provide documentation before discounts can be applied.
